For many years, I heard about Pat and her family through our mutual friend, Ginger. I knew of the time Pat made an incredible recovery after suffering a stroke during their adventure in Peru. Since then, it seemed she´d made several "comebacks" which made me think of her as "Comeback Pat." I´m so sorry that this time wasn´t another one. Reading her obituary left me full of admiration for her life of adventures, including raising her two "feral" children! She was clearly a woman of great creativity, strength and spirit. And still a beauty in her older years. Here's a picture of Pat after a picnic supper by Coot Lake in Boulder. There´s an unmistakable resemblance between Autumn and Pat.
Wishing you all peace, love and hopefully joy, too, during this time of loss and remembrance,
Katrina Seibert-Costeur

Pat and Cindy lived next door to my family on Boeke Road. She was 3 years older than me and I worshiped her. She was beautiful, fun, exciting and a good mentor. I lost contact with Pat years ago but I have cherished memories. Rest in peace my friend. I'll see you on the other side.
