Patricia Ann Bishop, 67, of rural North Manchester, Indiana, died at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born on March 30, 1958, in Valparaiso, Indiana, to Howard Junior and Lois Loretta (Meyers) Long.
Patty married Thomas Bishop in Wabash, Indiana on October 22, 1993. She enjoyed going to Tennessee, working on puzzles and word searches, and spending time with her family. Above all, Patty loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Bishop of North Manchester; four children, Angela (Earl Shaw) Eldridge of Huntington, Indiana, Melisa (Jeremy) Callahan of North Manchester, Shane Jones of Huntngton, and Rebecca (Kenny Applegate) Parrett of North Manchester; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and her siblings, Sue (Ezra) Gahl of North Manchester, and H. Lynn Long of Macy, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services will be 12:00 pm, Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Bender Chapel, 207 W. Main Street, North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Friends may call from 10am-12pm Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the funeral home.
Preferred memorial is American Lung Association.
