Patricia Blais Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home - Braintree on Dec. 7, 2025.
Patricia Ann Blais, of Green Harbor in Marshfield, formerly of Braintree, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, after a courageous and long battle with pancreatic cancer. Born on February 21, 1947, Patricia's life was a tapestry of love, adventure, and service, woven with the threads of her unwavering spirit and generous heart.
Patricia was the daughter of the late Alfred R. Blais and Alice P. Sheehan. Her journey through life was shared with her devoted life partner, Paul Zaniboni, with whom she explored the world and created a lifetime of memories. Patricia's legacy of love continues through her adored family members: Stephanie and John Letendre of Acton, and their daughter Maggie Rose; Hillary and Ben Cerretani of Bolton and their daughters June and Evie; and Paul and Allie Zaniboni of Braintree and their children Isla and Reeve.
A proud graduate of Braintree High School, Patricia's thirst for knowledge led her to further her education at Quincy College and Stonehill College. Her academic pursuits paved the way for a remarkable career as the owner of PAB Orthodontics in Weymouth, where she practiced for 35 years. Her professional dedication and caring nature left a lasting impact on her patients and colleagues alike.
Patricia's interests were as diverse as they were passionate. Her love for travel took her and Paul to many corners of the world, with Italy, St. Martin, and Las Vegas holding special places in her heart. These travels were not just trips but were chapters in a shared story of discovery and love. Patricia's interests extended to the culinary arts, where she was known for her exceptional cooking skills, especially when it came to Italian cuisine. Her kitchen was a hub of warmth, laughter, and the irresistible aroma of her specialty dishes. She also found joy on the golf course, where she enjoyed the camaraderie and challenge of a good game. Her love for animals, especially cats, was profound, providing her with comfort and companionship throughout her life.
Above all, Patricia was loving and thoughtful, touching the lives of those around her with her kindness and empathy. Her adventurous soul inspired many to seek joy in the journey of life, and her thoughtfulness ensured that no one felt forgotten or alone. Patricia's life was a testament to the beauty of a life well-lived, filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections.
As we bid farewell to Patricia Ann Blais, we celebrate a life that was truly a beacon of light and warmth. Her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us, and her memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
