HUBBARD Patricia A. "Pattie" Blondeaux, 71, died Saturday morning December 6, 2025 at her home. She was born January 9, 1954 in Youngstown, a daughter of Max and Jo-Ann Gallager Smith and lived in the area most of her life.

Mrs. Blondeaux was a member of the Covenant Life Fellowship Church in Hubbard, formerly First Assembly of God. She was a Medical Assistant / LPN for Cafaro Hospital and Northside Hospital among others. Pattie enjoyed listening to 50's music, Betty Boop, sewing, baking and collecting anything Native American. She also made soup every year for the fire departments.

Her husband, Mitchell Blondeaux, whom she married July 15, 1978, died January 7, 2002.

Pattie leaves her son, Joe Blondeaux and his wife Melinda of Campbell; a daughter, Celine Perl and her husband Daniel and fiancé Erin of Howland and 6 grandchildren, Dani, Jessi, Autumn, Cierra, Sean and Lucian.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Mitchell; a son, John Freemont; a sister, Linda Ramps and a grandchild Remi.

Friends and family may call on Saturday December 13, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Carson officiating.
