I really enjoyed working with Penny at Dean McGee Eye Institute for several years. I retired after 23 years as the Clinical Director. Penny and I worked together on many initiatives to help her do the best she could with billing for retinal services. I found her a very devoted person who wanted to do right by the patients and the physicians. May she rest in peace in God`s loving arms.
