Patricia Elizabeth Chamberlain, 66, of Nashville, TN passed away November 28, 2025.

She was a woman of strength and resilience, who faced life's challenges with courage and determination. Her service in the United States Air Force was a source of pride, and she carried those memories with her always. Beyond her military career, she worked tirelessly in many roles, doing whatever it took to provide and persevere. She was witty, opinionated, and tough, yet she had a tender heart that shone through in her love for her family, her cats, and the beauty she found in everyday life.

She could build or fix just about anything, and if there was a problem, she always seemed to figure it out. Fiercely independent, she taught her daughter the importance of standing strong on your own while also being strong for others.

Her brother was without a doubt her very best friend throughout life. They shared meals, movies, hobbies, and countless long talks. Their bond was unshakable, and eventually they became roommates, leaning on each other for both support and laughter. Together they took numerous road trips, traveling to destinations near and far, always finding joy in the journey as much as the destination.

She delighted in being a mother and later a grandmother, never missing a chance to cheer, brag, or celebrate her loved ones. She had a unique sense of style, a love of stories and poetry, and a way of making ordinary moments, like breakfasts at Shoney's or summers at the lake, feel extraordinary.

She was a beauty inside and out, remembered for her big, squeezy hugs and the warmth she brought to those around her. Her legacy is one of love, resilience, and joy, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is preceded in death by her father, William H Tanner; mother, Elizabeth B. Tanner; son, Christopher M. Chamberlain. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Kevin King) Chamberlain; brother, Robert Tanner; grandchildren, Taylor King, Colton King and Kaycie King.

Services will be announced soon.
