I loved Pat. Her smile and sincere enthusiasm for a life filled with joy will be among my fondest memories of Pat. Two pieces of her artwork are featured in my book called "The B. Harley Bradley House: Frank Lloyd Wright´s Flagship Prairie Design." Each contributor received a gift of the book from me, the author, Laura Golowski. I tried many times to contact Pat, but did not get through to her. I knew she had cancer in the past and wondered if her health might have taken a turn. I have volunteered at the Bradley House since 2010, when the House opened to the public as a world class house museum . I continue to give tours at the House, and have also served on the Board of Directors and was operations manager for almost 7 years. To me, a large part of Pat´s legacy was her artwork. She was so very talented. If you would supply me with an address, I would love to send you a copy of my book about Frank Lloyd Wright´s masterpiece in Kankakee, Illinois, the B. Harley Bradley House, so that you could enjoy how Pat´s artwork visually supported the text. I am so sorry for your loss and hope that my book featuring Pat´s artworks will help you remember Pat, the artist. The Bradley House was an important outlet for Pat´s creative spirit, as she helped to organize several art shows and also brought other esteemed artists to the House to present workshops for interested area artists. She was one-of-a-kind and I have missed her since she left the Kankakee area. Pat did give me the one-time use of two pieces of her artwork for my book, as did 17 other artists. Please contact me so that I can get a book to you.
