Patricia J. Hanley Coleman, of New Castle, DE passed away on October 29, 2010 in Bellefonte after fighting a long battle with COPD and Cancer. Born in Dade County, FL, she was the daughter of the late Vincent T. and Dorothy E. Beers Hanley and twin sister of the late Michael W. Hanley. Pat worked for many years for Strawbridges and DSJS. She also was an avid bowler for First State Lanes. Pat is survived by her husband, Charles B. “Chip� Coleman; children, Thomas V. Harrison, Sr. and his companion, Cheryl Messick and Kimberly D. Deering; grandchildren, Thomas V. "Woogie" Harrison, Jr., Lil’ Bobby Harrison, Christopher Deering, Thomas V. Deering, Tiffany “Piglet� Hughes; former daughter in law, Dayna Harrison; Cheryl’s children, Danielle and Nichole; Tiffany’s step father, Skip Dilts; brother, Jay Halvorson and his wife, Karen and their children, Vicki Halvorson and Jessi Slate; sister, Kay Munion and her partner, Floss Marino and their children, Shawn and Eric Munion; sister in law and best friend, Debbie Huber and her husband, Bruce and their children, John Hanley, Dawn Schwartz and Michael DiMaurio; Dawn’s children, Andrew, Chelsea and Hunter; dearest friends, Jeanie Reese and Lori Wade. There will be a private memorial service and burial at Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle, DE. Memorial contributions may be made to Delaware Hospice, 3515 Silverside Rd., Wilmington, DE 19810; or American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, New Castle, DE 19720. My Family and I were blessed having Pat live in our home for the few months that she had left. We used to be Sister-in-laws, but have been best friends for 48yrs.
