Patricia "Patsy "PJ"" Colton

Patricia "Patsy" "PJ" Colton, 78, of Weymouth, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on December 7th, 2025, after a courageous battle with lymphoma. Born in March 1947, in Mission Hill, Boston, she was the beloved daughter of the late Anna (Joyce) Colton and James Colton.
Patsy grew up surrounded by the vibrant energy of Boston, where her beauty, charm, and tell-it-like-it-is personality made her unforgettable to all who knew her. During the 1960s through the early 2000s, she made her mark as a popular bartender and server at several establishments throughout the Boston area. Her humor and honesty made her a confidant and friend to countless patrons and coworker alike.
A fabulous dancer, Patsy could light up any room with her rhythm and laughter. She was a lifelong supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, contributing faithfully to their work for decades out of her deep compassion for others in need.
Patricia is survived by her loving daughter, Danielle Hooley. Her Granddaughter's, Amanda & Samantha Nelson. Her Niece's Kimberly Belyea & Stephanie Larson. Her great nephews Daniel & Michael Finnegan, and her great, great nephew Jackson Finnegan.
Patricia reunites in passing with her sister Barbara, granddaughter Stephanie & niece Erica.
She was cremated and her family will host a celebration of life in March, near her birthday.
