Patricia Anne Dorfmann

Patricia Anne Dorfmann, age 71, of Lewes, DE passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023, at Beebe Healthcare, in Lewes, DE. She was born on March 11, 1952 in Rockville Center, NY, daughter of the late Everett and Veronica Dorfmann.
Patricia was a graduate of Earl L Vandermeulen High School in Port Jefferson, NY, Class of 1970. She worked as a supervisor for the Long Island Lighting Company for many years before retiring in 2008.
Patricia was a kind soul who could make anyone laugh. She was beloved by her grandchildren whom she adored. She enjoyed spending time at the beach, reading, being with friends, listening to music, and doing crossword puzzles. Patricia moved to Lewes, DE in 2014. She absolutely loved Lewes and her time here was her happiest days.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Dorfmann was preceded in death by her brother, James Dorfmann. She is survived by her children: Philip Politis and his wife, Maria, and Lisa Korpi; her grandchildren: Elizabeth Politis, Kaylee Korpi, Emily Politis, and Ashley Korpi; her sister, Joan Dorfmann; her brother, William Dorfmann; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to Meals on Wheels, 32409 Lewes Georgetown, Highway, Lewes, DE 19958.
