Patricia EVANS Obituary

Particia L. Evans was born October 29, 1946, to Ruth and Bill Evans who have, along with her brother, William preceded her in passing. Patricia's lifelong partner, Sue Foland; her sister, Barbara; several nieces and nephews; and in-laws survive her. She was a native of Spokane. She attended Rogers High School. In her early employment years, she was a beautician. She also attended Architectural design school. She was a longtime employee of Sacred Heart Hospital as a Lab assistant. She also worked at Holy Family and Valley General Spokane.

Tricia was always ready for an adventure. After her retirement, Sue and her sister-in-law, Karen, literally traveled the globe, visiting over 20 countries. They swam with dolphins in Cabo, saw the Pyramids in Egypt, had dinner in Paris in the Eiffel tower, fed kangaroos in Australia, and saw the scenery and glaciers in New Zealand.

An avid gardener, Tricia spent countless hours in her yard. Perhaps one of the nicest yards on the street.

Tricia and Sue enjoyed travelling in their motorhome for several years. Sue and Tricia enjoyed fishing in the Pacific Northwest.

She and Sue enjoyed many musical events and shows at Quest in Spokane. Of course, stopping by the gaming machines, where she frequently left with more in her pocket than when she arrived...lol.

A memorial service will be held on November 15, from 12-2pm, at the Ruby River Hotel, all are welcome to attend.
