Patricia was born on May 19, 1934 and passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018. Patricia was a resident of Hilo, Hawaii at the time of passing. Visitation will be held from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday (Sept. 25, 2018) at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo; Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m.; inurnment to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery #2 Columbarium. Survived by, daughters, Patti-Jo (Wallace Tamashiro) Fergerstrom-Tamashiro of Hilo and Cindy (Fred Palea) Fergerstrom-Palea of Hilo; son, Patward Fergerstrom of Hilo; sisters-in-law, Eleanor (Norman) Wong Chong of Hilo and Marjorie Fergerstrom of Kona; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; preceded in death by her husband, Edward Fergerstrom.
