Patricia “Patsy” Foster, age 74, of Rio Rancho died at home surrounded by her family on 8/27/24. She was born in Las Vegas New Mexico on July 11, 1950 to Silas and Ramona Moore. She graduated from Valley High School in1968. While attending Valley High School she met David Foster and they got married at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
Patsy loved crafting, country western music, homemade New Mexican food and her cats Gregory, Maximilian and Missy. This time of year she could hardly wait for the State Fair. She loved her family and had many wonderful memories of growing up in a military family.
Patsy is survived by David and Kim, Craig and Michelle and Brian. Her brother Harold and sister-in-law Glenda. Her grandchildren Danielle, Angela, Cody, Danielle and Jacob.
She is further survived by nephews and nieces, cousins, other relatives and the many friends she has made over the years of her life.
