Patricia Ann Gillespie, 82, of Malvern, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. She was the wife of Leonard J. Gillespie, Sr. Born in Norwich, Connecticut, she was a daughter of the late Armando and Myrtus (Wilson) Ferry. Pat was a graduate of Bryn Mawr College with a degree in Mathematics and later went on to receive her master's degree from Penn. She was a member of SS Philip and James Church, Exton, where she served as a eucharistic minister. Pat was lastly employed by Glaxo-Smith Kline as a vice president. In addition to her husband, Pat is survived by a son, Leonard J. "LJ" Gillespie, Jr., husband of Amanda and a daughter, Shannon Gillespie and three grandchildren, Jackson, Leia and Meadow. She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Kelly and her sister, Myrtice. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Logan Funeral Home, 698 E. Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA 19341. An additional time for viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 10:00-11:00 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11:00 AM all to be held in SS Philip and James Church, 723 Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA 19341. Interment in Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Pat to her daughter's scholarship fund. Please make checks payable to the Great Valley School District Scholarship Account; in memo line please list "Kelly Ann Gillespie Memorial Fund" and mail to Great Valley High School, 225 N. Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, PA 19355, ATTN: KAG Scholarship.
