Patricia "Pat" Hammonds
January 14, 1953 – September 25, 2025
Patricia "Pat" Hammonds lived a life full of love, adventure, and joy. She had a deep passion for gardening, found peace by the ocean, and was a devoted fan of Elvis Presley. Music filled her heart, and her love for traveling brought her many cherished memories.
Pat was the proud mother of two sons, who lovingly called her "The Woman." Her daughters-in-law, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren affectionately knew her as "Nene." Pat was a true people person, always ready with a warm smile and a caring heart. Her family was her greatest joy, and she poured her love into every moment spent with them.
Pat will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her devotion to those she loved, and the countless memories she created with her family and friends.
