Patricia Anne Hrones

Patrica Ann Hrones, 81, of Burr Ridge, IL, sadly passed away on October 29, 2025 after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's. Beloved wife of Gregory W. Hrones; loving mother of Gregory W. (the late Teresa) Hrones Jr., Daniel (Kristen) Hrones, and Marnie (Ross) Dowd; cherished grandmother of Sarah Anne (John) Leach, Phoebe, Hawkeye Hrones, Kate, Grace, Lauren, Emma Hrones, and Gibson, Maeve, Ronan Dowd; dear sister of Maureen Flaherty Fitzgibbons, Peggy (Dennis) St Germain, Daniel (Marilyn) Flaherty, Sheila (Sean Taylor) Flaherty, Beth Flaherty Dolehide, and Jack (Tami Yellin) Flaherty; adored cousin, aunt, and friend to many; dear sister -in- law to Penny (the late Jerry) Koch, and Luanne (Robert) McCluskey. Patricia was born to Daniel and Margaret Flaherty on September 17, 1944 and was always a hard worker who also enjoyed life's pleasures. She liked kids, dogs, music, dancing, tennis, golf, baking, bookkeeping, house decorating, fashion, and flowers. She was always strong in faith, rich in friends and family, and happy to give her time and attention to those in need.
Memorial Visitation, Saturday, November 29th, 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, 5005 South Wolf Road, Western Springs, IL. Interment Private.
