Patricia Ann Inman, born on September 12, 1939, in Bradford, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family. Patricia was a warm and nurturing soul, known for her loving, kind, and generous nature. She dedicated several years of her life working in Environmental Services at Oklahoma State University, where her commitment to helping others shone through.
Throughout her life, Patricia cherished spending time with family and friends and took great joy in attending church whenever she could. Her love for her family was evident, and she created countless memories with her children and grandchildren. She was particularly fond of collecting pigs, which adorned her home and reflected her spirited personality. Aside from her collection, Patricia enjoyed painting, woodworking, sewing, and crocheting, hobbies that allowed her to express her creativity and share her craft with others.
Patricia is survived by her two daughters, Mabel Davis of Perry, Missouri, and Sarah Troup (Mike) of Calvin, Oklahoma. She also leaves behind a legacy through her grandchildren: Tesa Mayo (Levi), Adam McKee (Ayanna), Chrystal Stalzer (Tom), Sharla Davis (Shawn Church), Jessica Troup (Patrick), Chad Davis, and Travis Troup (Brittani). In addition, her family includes a sister, Mary Looker of Piqua, Ohio; two brothers, David Inman (Delene) of Etta, Mississippi, and Ray Inman (Christine) of Florida; as well as seventeen great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Mary Ralston, a sister Catherine, and a brother John. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Stillwater - Dighton Marler Funeral Home, located at 5106 N Washington St, Stillwater, OK 74075. A funeral service will occur on Friday, November 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Dighton-Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater. Pallbearers will be Adam McKee, Travis Troup, Pat Wyrick, Jimmy Ayers, Tom Stalzer, and Jessica Troup. Following the service, a graveside service will take place at Fairlawn Cemetery, 1123 East 6th Avenue, Stillwater, OK 74074, at 12:30 PM.
Patricia Ann Inman will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, generosity, and love for others. She leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories that will continue to inspire and comfort her family and friends for years to come.
