Ogunquit, Maine – Patricia Resnick Kriensky, 78, passed away on Monday November 3, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Martin Kriensky for 30 loving years and former wife of Edward Resnick, Sr. of Plymouth MA. Born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late Charles Hitchcock and Florence (Gormley) Adams of Hull, MA.
Pat loved walking on the beaches of Ogunquit and Amelia Island, FL, especially while her husband Marty fished from the shore. After her walks on the beach, Pat loved indulging with a cup of mocha chip ice cream and visiting with family. Pat was employed as a nurse case manager at Massachusetts General Hospital for many years. She started her career at Quincy City Hospital and had a long career in the health care industry. While raising her family, Pat attended college at night earning a master’s degree of Management from Leslie College, a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, and associates degrees from Laboure College and Quincy College.
Beside her loving husband, Pat leaves two children, Joanne Simons and her husband, Bill, of Dover, NH, and Eddie Resnick, Jr. and his wife, Daryl, of Mansfield, MA; two grandchildren, Andrew Simons and his wife, Kelsie of Arlington, VA, and Emily Simons of Atlanta, GA; four siblings, John Adams and his wife, Mary, and Betsy Russo all of Hull, MA, Tim Adams and his wife, Nadine, of Hanover, MA, and Judy Adams of Longs, FL, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Melissa Adams of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Terry Adams of Hull, MA.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend Services on Friday November 7th at 11am at Swan Point Cemetery Historic Chapel, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence, RI, interment will follow in the family lot. Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Memorial gifts to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, 912 Killian Hill Rd., Lilburn, GA 30047 would be appreciated.
