Patricia Diane Martin, 70, of Friendswood, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 14, 2025, at her residence. She was born on April 20, 1954, in Harris County, a daughter of the late Horace and Jean Martin. Diane was also preceded in her death by her still born sister, Denise Martin.
Diane is survived by her younger sister, Linda Martin Jones and her husband Randy Jones. She also leaves behind her adored nephew, Martin Griffin and his wife, Nichole, and two great nephews that she loved dearly, Waylon and Nash. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Diane enjoyed being with family and friends more than anything. She had a great passion for horses all her life and in later years was known for her beautiful Afghans she made and would donate to those in need. Even though Diane was legally blind her entire life, she saw things we never see.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 22, 2025 with a visitation from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.
