Patricia Ann Miller

Patricia Ann (Skinner) Miller, age 92, passed away peacefully on January 25.

Patricia was born on February 20, 1933, in Ilion, New York to Grace and Clayton Skinner. She graduated from Richfield Springs Central High School, New York. Patricia married James Edward Miller in 1950, and they were married for 59 years.

Patricia worked for James J. Cordano Company as the Controller for 20 years. She also volunteered at Mary Tsukamoto Elementary School for 6 years. She was a long time member of Arcade Baptist Church. Some of her favorite pastimes included painting, gardening, traveling, bowling, cooking, reading, camping and most of all spending time with her family.

Patricia was preceded in death by husband, James Edward Miller, parents Grace (Smith) Skinner, siblings Clayton Skinner Jr., Marion (Skinner) Martin, and Kathleen (Skinner) Aney, and children David James Miller, Donna Jean Miller, Denise Ann Miller, and Diana Maria (Miller) Wolff.

She is survived by her sister Edith Reile, son Daniel Gary Miller and daughter-in-law Lisa Hastie Miller, daughter-in-law Sibylle Taylor and son-in-law Phillip Taylor, and son-in-law Randy Wolff, and 10 grand children and 18 great grandchildren. Sibylle said, “Patricia was more like a Mother to her than a Mother-in-Law.” Patricia will be missed by all for her care and love for her family and friends.
