Particia Blanco Nino, 65, of Lockney, Texas passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025 in Plainview, Texas. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in Plainview, Texas at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Pastor Moses Blanco and Pastor Joe Barrera officiating. Interment will follow at Lockney Cemetery in Lockney, Texas. Arraignments are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview, Texas.
A visitation will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel.
Pat was born on August 27, 1959 to Simona and Noe Blanco, Sr. in Lockney, Texas. She worked at Dairy Queen in Lockney, Texas for several years before transferring to the Plainview location for the remainder of her career. She married Ruben Nino on November 21, 2009 in Lockney, Texas. Pat loved her family and cherished her nieces and nephews. She loved spending time with her family members and was know to always call each member of her family daily. She enjoyed watching game show like The Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. She also enjoyed watching Days of Our Lives and The Young and the Restless. Pat was known to always have a smile on her face at all times regardless of if she was having a good day or not. Her big heart shinned brightly within her community and she was known to be a compassionate individual.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Simona and Noe Blanco, Sr.; her Stepmother, Rachel Blanco; her husband, Ruben Nino; her siblings, Mary Ann Ceja, Noe Blanco, Jr., Estella Blanco and two children, Bobby Joe and Amanda Marie.
She is survived her son, Eric Reyes of Merkel, Texas; her granddaughter, Aaliyah Loera and husband Jesus of Plainview, Texas; one great grandson, Jesus Loera of Plainview, Texas; and two sisters, Corina Gonzales and husband Johnny of Lockney, Texas, Samantha Raissez and husband Matthew of Lubbock, Texas and eight stepsiblings, Sandra Cox and husband Leonard, Sonia Cox and husband Kenneth, Sylvia Smith and husband Glenn, Sally Rubio and husband Rubio, Cynthia Lewis and husband Jim, Sue Daiz and husband Pete, Ted Salinas and Sulema Brown.
