Patricia Anne Pella
Patricia Anne Pella, age 67, of Egg Harbor Township passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in Galloway, N.J. Born November 17, 1958 in Lynchburg, Va., she lived in Atlantic City and Egg Harbor Township, N.J. Patty's favorite job was working as a lunch lady in the Egg Harbor Township School District. The joy and happiness that she received from serving the children and teens of EHT was palpable. She truly felt that she was a mom away from home for all of her kids that she was able to help for well over a decade. She was well known as mama Jacobs during her time around Monster Factory Professional Wrestling both supporting her son and every other wrestler that walked through that curtain. She made a connection with so many people and she always looked forward to every event that would be put on. Patty enjoyed listening to a wide array of music which includes everything from Metallica to Beyonce to Daughtry to Chappell Roan to Aerosmith and many many more. She incorporated her music taste and many sentimental reasons as her inspiration for her close to fifty tattoos. One of the little things that she enjoyed the most was going outside every morning with a fresh cup of coffee to feed the birds while relaxing on her swing seat on the back deck, taking in every sight and sound while cuddling her fur babies Buddy, Harley, and Rosie. She is survived by her devoted husband, Nick; her oldest son, Bobby, her daughter-in-law, Elizabeth, her granddaughter Vivien; her middle son Phillip, her granddaughter Nicole; her youngest son TJ; her cousin Cathy Dickerson; her sisters Bonnie Keen and Joyce Zeitz; and her many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She always taught us to laugh and to always work for the things that you want, but make sure that you are still living life. Something that Patty would always say was "never forget to look at the sky because you might miss something beautiful." Through her family, her spirit will live on. A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026 from 2 pm to 4 pm, followed by a service at 4 pm, at the George H. Wimberg Funeral Home, 1707 New Rd., Linwood, NJ 08221.
