Patricia Elaine Phelps

I grew up as the younger sister of two boys. When my older brother, Joe, married Patty, I finally had a sister! Yay! Patty was an inspiration to all as she managed so many responsibilities. She was so talented and such a great wife, mom, sister, and friend. I am so happy that you are with your sweet husband, now, Patty. Bless you both.
