Patricia Ann Pollard (née Byrne), aged 93, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2025, in Trinity, Florida.

Born on February 27, 1932, in Lombard, Illinois, Patricia lived a life defined by her gentle, sweet, and caring nature. She was honored as a Lilac Princess in the 1949 Lilac Court and subsequently graduated that year from Glenbard West High School. Patricia dedicated part of her life to her valued career with Illinois Bell. In her retirement, she enjoyed watching golf and was a passionate reader, especially loving the legal thrillers of John Grisham.

Patricia was the cherished matriarch of a large and loving family. She is survived by her daughter, Karyl Andler (Richard); son, Richard Janaes (Bebe); grandchildren, Gina Tomasone, Joseph Tomasone (Danielle), Christopher Tomasone (Desiree), Lisa Phillips (Damian), Lynda Andler Pascual (Sherwin), Christine Wilkison (Bert), Steven Janaes, and Rebecca Janaes. Patricia was also a proud great-grandmother to Paige Palubicki, Brooke Palubicki, Mia Tomasone, Ava Tomasone, Christopher Tomasone, Jr., Chase Phillips, Ryan Phillips, Lauryn Phillips, Shaun Andler Pascual, Ian Andler Pascual, Max Wilkison, Adelaide Wilkison, and Jordan Janaes.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Pollard; daughter, Kathleen Tomasone; son-in-law, Joseph Tomasone; and her parents, William and Madge Byrne, along with her brother, William Byrne, Jr.

Patricia's life was filled with love and devotion to her family, and her legacy of kindness and compassion will continue to live on through them. Her gentle presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
