Patricia Ann Miller Quilty, 77, of Bryan, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on November 24, 2025. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 29 at First Baptist Church of Hubbard with Rev. Ricky Woodall officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Hubbard. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 - 2:00 pm before the services on Saturday.

Pat was born March 3, 1948, in Taylor, Texas to Annie Laura Green Karl. She spent her early childhood in Bartlett and was lovingly raised from her early teen years by her Aunt Marge and Uncle Robert Jones in Hubbard, Texas.

A 1966 graduate of Hubbard High School, Pat married Gary Murphy on June 14, 1969. Together they welcomed three daughters - Heather, Holly, and Christina - who were the joy of her life. Pat was a devoted, hands-on mother whose kitchen was always open. She loved cooking for a house full of hungry kids and took pride in being a warm, welcoming presence in her community. She was an active and faithful member of Hubbard First Baptist Church. She found joy in serving others.

In May 1996, Pat married Danny Quilty and lovingly embraced his three sons - Joey, Chris, and Jimmy - forming a blended family that truly felt like the Brady Bunch. Together, Pat and Danny blended their families into something full of laughter, chaos, and so much love. Holidays at their home were legendary, and "Christmas in July" became a family favorite - loud, joyful, and filled with the kind of memories that will be told for generations. Pat and Danny built a happy life together in Hubbard before moving to Bryan in 2020.

Throughout her life Pat worked in many roles, always greeting customers with her signature smile. She was a homemaker for many years, but also owned and managed Fastime Fina in Hubbard, managed Whataburger, and later worked as a cashier at Walmart. No matter where she worked, people were drawn to her kindness and genuine care. She made everyone feel important and special.

Pat had a special love for dogs, and she and Danny raised many litters of miniature Schnauzers over the years, treating each one like part of the family.

Pat was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Karl; her aunt and uncle, Margaret and Robert Jones; and her brother, Robert "Bob" Jones.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 29 years, Danny Quilty; daughters, Heather Morris (Paul) of Hubbard, Holly Brown (RT) of Edge, and Christina Murphy (Allison) of Hubbard; and sons, Joey Quilty (Stephanie) of Justin, Chris Quilty (Georgianna) of Hutto, and Jimmy Quilty (Meniya) of Temple.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Gage (Devin), Hunter (Kaitlyn), Seth (Kenzie), Logan (Jaydyn), Jenna Lee, Chase, Gunner, Noah, Greyson, AJ, Ellie, Maddie, DJ, Tristyn, Dylan, Kaleb and Blake; great-grandchildren, Hallee, Murphy, Gatlin, Miles, and baby Hughes on the way; and her siblings, James (Debbie) Karl, Rickey Karl, Donny Karl, Janet Adamo, and Shirley Ard.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Gage, Hunter, Seth, Chase, Gunner, Noah and Kaleb. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons Logan, Greyson, DJ, Tristyn, Blake and AJ.

Pat will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, joyful spirit, and the deep love she had for her family and for Jesus. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched.
