Patricia L. Quinones, 84, a longtime resident of Superior, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025, with her sons by her side.

Patricia was born on August 8, 1941, to Ida (Anderson) and Maurice Hennessy in Chicago, IL. She attended Cathedral School, graduating from Cathedral High School. Pat received her bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin–Superior and her master's degree in education from University of Minnesota.

Pat devoted 37 years to teaching kindergarten and first grade at Lester Park Elementary School and Rockridge in Duluth, MN. She was a passionate advocate for educators, serving as a union representative for ISD #709.

A longtime member of Holy Assumption Catholic Church, Pat also attended the Cathedral of Christ the King for many years. In her younger years, she loved to ice skate, and throughout her life she enjoyed crafting and painting. She also served as a Cub Scout den mother when her boys were young. Pat will be remembered for the love she shared with her children and grandchildren, and for her generosity and willingness to help others.

Pat is survived by her sons, Jeff (Kim), Wayne, and Scott Quinones; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Amanda, Avery, and Jayden; her brother, Fred Hennessy; and her great-grandchildren, Luke, Alexander, and Colter.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Cathedral of Christ the King, 1111 Belknap St., Superior, WI, with Fr. Andrew Ricci officiating.

Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Superior, WI.
