Patricia Reilly passed away peacefully at home on November 14, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 19, 1949, she was the daughter of Louis and Eva Moalli.
Pat was the devoted mother of Megan Reilly and Andrew Reilly, and mother-in-law to Mariah Reilly. She was lovingly known as "Gramma Pat" to everyone's children. She was the proud grandmother of Tayah Stone, Aidan Stone, and Liam Reid, and was thrilled to become a great-grandmother to Ella Mahri Ponder. Her grandchildren were truly the center of her world.
She is also survived by her brothers, John Moalli and his wife Annie, and Thomas Moalli. In addition, she leaves behind her beloved cat, Lola, who was always by her side.
A graduate of Springfield Technical High School, Class of 1968, Pat spent 35 dedicated years working as a dental assistant. She enjoyed reading, cooking, sewing, and treasured her summer vacations at her favorite place-Salisbury Beach.
Pat touched countless lives with her warmth, generosity, and kindness. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.
