Patricia C. Rice of Island Park, NY, was a beloved mother of 5 to Robert Rice (Marianne), Thomas Rice (Elizabeth), Carol Schirmacher (Brian), Lori Sarnelli (Vinny) and Christine Chmielewski who passed in 2015, Grams to 12, Patti, Sean, Bryan, Alicia, Doug, Shannon, Timmy, Kevin, Chris, Justin, Amanda and Devin, and Great-Grandma to Jaxson & Lennox.
Patricia was a beloved community member as she spent over 30 years working in the Island Parks school district. She's known for her love of the Brooklyn Dodgers, the New York Mets and scratch offs but most of all for how she loved her family. Her constant smile and contagious laughter brought happiness to everyone around her and will forever be missed.
