Indianapolis, Indiana – Patricia L. Robertson “Pat”, 98, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2024.
Pat was born to Leon & Inez (Beasley) Shepherd in Indianapolis on March 14, 1926. One of seven children, Pat began her lifetime of caring for others at a young age, helping to raise her brothers and sisters.
Pat raised four of her own children with the love of her life, Wayne E. Robertson Jr., who passed in 2019. Together they would take long motorcycle rides, camp, or put together jigsaw puzzles that they would then hang on their walls. She enjoyed reading the most though and would always have a book nearby.
More than anything, Pat was devoted to her family. She loved to spend time with them, cook, and travel to see her siblings. Her happiest days were the ones with Wayne and their children.
In addition to her parents and beloved husband, Pat is preceded in death by her siblings; Robert Shepherd, Jack Sheperd, Leon Shepherd Jr., Dorothy Neal, Rosemary Snyder, and Mildred Young.
Pat is survived by her children, Ronald Robertson, Wanda Martin (Danny), Robbie Robertson (Joyce), and Pamela Moore; as well as 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
