Patricia Ryerson Obituary
Patti was born on July 11, 1946, in Medford, Oregon, to Gilbert and Edith Ruozi. She grew up in the Rogue Valley and graduated from Crater High School, where she made lifelong friendships and developed her passion for school and community spirit. Patti later served as Crater's athletic secretary, a role she held with pride and dedication.
On October 15, 1964, Patti married the love of her life and best friend, Denny Ryerson. Their bond was unshakable, and she remained faithfully by his side until his passing. Together they built a family and a legacy rooted in love, humor, and devotion.
She was the heart of every back-to-school shopping trip, the reliable ride for school drop-offs, and the one with a kitchen always stocked and ready for her grandchildren and their friends at lunchtime. Her love was shown in the little, everyday acts that left the deepest impression.
Patti was known for her quick wit, her deep love of family, and her simple pleasures. She proudly held the title of Coca-Cola's number one consumer. Country music was always the soundtrack of her days, especially her favorites-Garth Brooks, whom she saw in concert in Eugene in 2020, and George Strait.
Patti's greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Denny Ryerson, and her son, Scott Ryerson. She is survived by her sister, Sherry Colpitts; her son, Michael Ryerson; her grandchildren, Tanner (Maddie) Ryerson, Olivia (Danny) Hunt, Mackenzie (Logan) Meek, and Cole (Erin) Ryerson; and her great-grandchildren, Weston and Kohen Meek. She is also survived by many extended family and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Patti's life was a testament to love, loyalty, and laughter. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

I can´t believe this. Pattie, Denny and the boys have been in my entire life. Condolences cannot express my sadness and grief. Patty is a treasure that I will never forget. Her love for my family had no bounds as she always offered us a place to stay when we visited the Valley. So so many good times that go back to when Patty and Denny were driving that little green Pinto car out to Uncle Phil and Aunt Ruth´s house on Head Road.
Mike and your extended family please know that my heart reaches out to you. Your mom will always have a place in my heart.
