CUYAHOGA FALLS - Patricia C. Sallaz, 96, passed away April 25, 2024.She was a lifelong area resident graduating from Akron East High School in 1945.
Pat worked at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co before starting her family in 1951.
She was an accomplished organist, antique art pottery dealer, member of the Rubber City Model A Car Club and the United Presbyterian Church (Hudson Dr.)
She is survived by her daughter, Sherrie of Cuyahoga Falls; son, William R. (Sherri Barber) of Sarasota, FL, and their daughter Ashley Ooley of Maui, HI; and nephews, Carroll “Skeetz” Sallaz and Bob (Charlotte) Sallaz.
Friends may call one hour prior to a 1:00 PM funeral service on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. She will be laid to rest at Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to United Presbyterian Church 2819 Hudson Dr. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221.
