Patricia Ann Trotter (née Lindelof), age 82, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida.
Born on January 13, 1943, in Princeton, Illinois, Patricia was the daughter of Leo F. and Betty L. Lindelof. She spent her early years in New Bedford, Illinois, and attended school in Manlius before her family relocated to Princeton, where she graduated from Princeton High School in 1961.
While raising her children, Patricia began her professional career at Dunbar's Office Supplies in Princeton, a family-owned business where she was a valued presence. Later, she moved to Fort Myers, Florida, where she worked as a retail manager at The Sporty Seahorse on Sanibel Island. Her dedication and personable nature made a lasting impression on colleagues and customers alike.
Patricia was also active in civic life. She served as vice chair of the Cape Coral Democratic Club, reflecting her commitment to community involvement and advocacy.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children: daughters Jill Harvel and Susan Trotter (spouse Scott Keller), and son Scott Trotter (longtime partner Anna Cooper). Patricia also leaves behind five grandchildren: Amanda Harvel, Kyle Harvel, Emily Trotter, A.J. Trotter, and Sophia Cooper.
