Patricia Zwart Obituary
She was a long-time resident of Shakopee, along with the love of her life, Harold. For her last five years, Pat adventured to the Northland and enjoyed the beauty of a new place and new friends. Everyone who knew her was impressed by her kindness. She was a wonderful mom, grandma and great-grandma.
Per Pat's request there will be no funeral.
The family would like to thank the Essentia Hospice team and Solvay House for their care of Pat.
In the last days of her life, your kindness and support surrounded our sorrow. And thank-you to McNearney-Schmidt for bringing her back home to Shakopee.
