Patrick "Pat" Timothy Aaron

Patrick Timothy Aaron (AKA Jigsy) passed away on January 18, 2026, after a short illness following a major stroke in December 2025. Pat is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 17 years, Jill Dunkelberger Aaron, his children Ethan, Sofia, and Ava Aaron, his mother Cecelia (Rush) Aaron, and sisters Stacey Bradley (Jason) and Allison (Carlos Veras) Aaron, and brother-in-law, Patrick Dunkelberger (Stacie), many loving aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and godchildren. He was employed as an HVAC mechanic with Jordahl Engineering and Mechanical and previously worked for Indian Valley Mechanical, both in Pennsylvania.

Pat attended West Catholic High School in West Philadelphia and graduated from St. James High School in Chester, PA, in 1991. He attended St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA. Pat was a proud Southwest Philadelphia native who marched in the Mummers Parade for many years with the Finnegans NYB. Pat loved all things Philly sports. He volunteered as a coach for CYO football and basketball in both Philadelphia and Wilmington. His proudest moment was coaching his son Ethan's St John the Beloved CYO basketball team. He had a close-knit group of loyal friends. He was a gentle giant among men. Pat will be truly missed by all who knew him.
