Obituary published on Legacy.com by Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, LTD. on Dec. 5, 2025.
Patrick J. Bradley, 63, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2025 surrounded by the love of his family at his home in Lindenhurst, IL. Born in Wildwood and a longtime resident of Lindenhurst, Pat was a graduate of Warren High School. He went on to attend CLC and Northern Illinois University, setting the foundation for a lifetime defined by hard work, integrity, and genuine care for others.
Pat began working in the restaurant industry at 14 years old, eventually becoming the general manager of two restaurants through his natural leadership and tireless work ethic. He later transitioned into the insurance and financial services field, spending time at AUL and the Heartland Group before finding his longtime professional home at LTCI Partners. Over 25 years with the company, Pat built a reputation as an ethical, reliable, and deeply knowledgeable leader. He retired at age 60, leaving behind colleagues who not only respected his expertise but treasured his friendship.
Outside of work, Pat was most at home in nature. He loved the quiet beauty of the outdoors-hunting, fishing, hiking, and watching the sunrise from the woods. He was also an excellent grill master and enjoyed relaxing with an "orange whip." His love for music, especially Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones, was matched only by his enthusiasm for cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers. As a trivia expert, he never turned down a chance to share a fact, a joke, or a story.
Pat's greatest pride and joy was his family. He is survived by his devoted wife and love of his life for 33 years, Ann (Sanders); his daughters Meghan Wolfe (Billy, sons Lincoln and Baker) and Erin Suchy (Kevin, son Sean). He was a steady, attentive, and loving father and a joyful "Papa," always ready with a smile, a listening ear, and unwavering support.
Pat is also survived by his brother David Bradley (Terri) and Sister Laura Link (Randy), and brother-in-law John Scheuering along with many of his Sanders in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who adored him. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Paula Scheuering, Sheila Densmore, and Donna Lind (Bill), and his brother Mike Bradley.
We want to provide a special thank you to Eva for her compassionate care and to
ALS United (Peggy) for their unwavering support.
Pat will be missed most deeply by his family, whose lives were shaped immeasurably by his love. He will also be remembered warmly by former colleagues and friends whose paths were made better by his presence.
Pat made a difference-in his work, in his friendships, and most of all, in the hearts of those who loved him.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 3:00-8:00pm at Burnett Dane Funeral Home, 120 West Park Avenue, Libertyville IL 60048. A celebration of Pat's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to
