Beloved husband to Ann (neé Blakeborough) Creaven. Loving father to John Creaven, Helen (Christopher) Knab, Rebecca Creaven, and Hugh Creaven. Devoted grandfather to Sidney (Alison), Jack (Alexandra), and Brendan (Emma) Barrick, as well as Hannah, Grace, and Abigail Knab. He is also survived by cherished great grandchildren. Born on January 31, 1933 in London, Patrick received his MD and PhD and has dedicated years to his research in oncology with the Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He was also an avid opera singer. He studied at St. Mary's College, London. He served in the Royal Army Medical Corps. Predeceased by his parents John and Lilian, siblings Philomena, Brendan, Kevin, and Fintan Creaven. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph University Parish, 3269 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14214 on Monday, December 15th at 10:00 AM, please assemble at church. Condolences may be shared at www.jerfh.com.
