Patrick Ebert Obituary
October 20, 1955 - January 30, 2023
Bainbridge Island, Washington - Patrick W. Ebert of Bainbridge Island, WA passed away Monday, January 30, 2023. He was born October 20, 1955 in Maywood, CA to George and Carol Ebert, owners of the Tacoma Mexican restaurant, La Mavada. Pat attended Bellarmine Prep and the University of Puget Sound, where he was a member of Sigma Chi. He obtained a degree in accounting and worked as a CPA and certified financial planner.
Pat had a love of skiing, sports, and was known for his comedic impressions. Later, his passion turned to golf, and he developed many friendships through his membership at the Tacoma Golf and Country Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Carol Ebert. He is survived by his brother, Michael (Marsha) Ebert, daughters, Erin (Sandy) MacDonald, Meghan (Jacob) Homchick, close friend, Barbara Ebert, stepdaughter, Kelly (Jon) Snow, and 5 grandchildren. A memorial will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 2-5pm at Pat's self-described "second-home"-the Tacoma Country and Golf Club.
