Larry George England passed away Saturday, October 5, 2024, in Seminole at the age of 63.
Larry was born in Los Angeles, California on January 24, 1961, to Corena and George England Sr. He graduated from Maud High School with the class of 1979 and later attended Gordon Cooper Vo Tech. Larry worked at Wrangler and was a journeyman electrician. He loved watching his children and grandchildren play sports and going to watch the Varnum Whippets. He enjoyed playing video games and watching Lord of The Rings and Star Wars. He also enjoyed camping and taking his grandchildren fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Hettie Lindsey; three daughters Cherokee England and Ryan Mack, Eliza Harjo, and Lindsey Talmasey; one son, Ellis Talmasey; eight grandchildren, Quentin Sandfur, Cienna Works and Dakota Saenz, Jesslyn Works, Janaeya Thomas, Kameron Mack, Kaenan Mack, Kallen England, and Meleah Mack; two great grandchildren, Zane Wildcat and Damien Saenz; three sisters, Edith Cleary, Maud, Teresa Barnett, Maud, and Kathy Whitson, Wolf; four brothers, William and Terri England, Georgia, Micheal and Arlie England, Seminole, Samuel England, Wolf, and George England Jr., Wolf; along with many nieces, nephews, and great- nieces and nephews, a host of cousins, and other family and friends.
Casket bearers will be Stanley Lincoln, Emery “Peewee” Lincoln, Tony Hall, Jeremy Works, Dakota Saenz, Cody England, Stewart "Stewie" Lincoln, Tristan Thomas, and Ruben Zapata.
There will be a wake service Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole. Services will be Wednesday, October 9, at 1:00 P.M. at Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, with Farrel Smith and Houston Tiger officiating. Interment will follow at the Tiger Family Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
