I know Patrick through CCTC. He was a valued student and will be GREATLY missed. Rest in peace pal!

I was shocked when I found out Pat was killed riding his moped last Sunday.

Our family moved from NY to Fayetteville, NC in 1978 and settled in the Briarwood/Clairway area where the Moose Lodge stood before it burned down years ago.

The lodge had an outdoor swimming pool, and it is was there when I first met Pat. We became friends right away, and have remained good friends all these years. In fact; I just spoke with Pat on the phone a couple weeks ago.

Pat has been taking mechanical drafting courses using AutoCAD, Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. I've been using AutoCAD for more than 20 years; I design Fire Alarm systems, so Pat would sometimes call and ask me: how do you do this Don, how do you do that?

He was so very proud of himself too, as I was, because he was doing more on CAD than I know how to do! Pat was learning 3D Solid Modeling; I only know how to do 2 dimensional drawings.

My heart goes out to his family.

May he rest in peace.

I was so sad to hear the news of his passing. I have known Pat since Junior High.
A really nice guy who will be missed by all that knew him.
