Patrick Linna Obituary
Patrick was born on January 28, 1962, in Marquette, MI, the son of the late Roger and Sally (Brooks) Linna. He attended West Iron County Schools, graduating with the Class of 1981. After completion of his schooling, he was employed by Trico in Iron Mountain, MI, where he has worked for many years.
Patrick was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church of Iron River. An avid sports fan, he loved the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Tigers and also loved to golf.
Patrick was blessed with having so many wonderful friends and workers. Life in a small town made every day a happy one for him. His weekly trip to town on Friday (payday) was the best! Thank you to all for taking time to just say "hello". He certainly will be smiling down on all of you.
He is survived by his brother, Michael Linna of Iron River; uncle, James Linna of Mesick, MI; niece, Nicole Linna of Ludington, MI; nephew, Joe (Carrie) Linna of Ludington, MI; great nephew and niece, Parker and Avah Linna; and special friends, Bob and Mary Baumgartner, Sharon Peterson, Drew Callas, and Geoff Sitkoski.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Resthaven Cemetery with Deacon Terry Verville to officiate.
