Patrick came to my rescue after the tragic death of my cousin in Aurora. The townhome my clinically depressed cousin lived in was an absolute shambles from floor to ceiling. I lived several states away from my cousin, and Patrick renovated the place for sale after sorting, tossing, salvaging, and selling the contents of the home. As the executor of my cousin´s estate, I was completely out of my depth with this property. Patrick turned it into a palace - cleaning, repairing, and renovating it until it became the most attractive townhouse in the complex. I have absolutely no idea what I would have done without Patrick´s help. I recently discovered Patrick might have passed when my annual holiday card to him was returned to me by the post office. I just wanted to say I will never forget all he did for me. He was a true lifesaver.
