Patrick Saint-Jean Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Hightower's Memorial Chapel - Douglasville on Mar. 20, 2026.
Patrick Saint Jean, age 65, of Lithia Springs, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026. He was born on February 6, 1961, in Cap Haïtien, Haiti, son of the late Pedro Nazon and the late Lunevie Pierre. Patrick was retired from Tie Down, where he worked as an engineer and was respected for his skill, dedication, and problem solving mind.

Patrick came to Georgia early in his journey, but his story began in the heart of Miami. He was a devoted father, a loving spouse, and a loyal friend to many. Confident, self taught, and naturally intelligent, Patrick carried himself as a leader long before anyone ever gave him the title.

He played a major role in helping others transition into a new culture, guiding people through everyday challenges such as obtaining a driver's license, finding employment, and adjusting to a new way of life. Patrick had an incredible gift for languages and a remarkable talent for repairing almost anything. If something was broken, he found a way to fix it. If someone was struggling, he found a way to help.

Patrick had a heart of gold. He was kind, patient, and always willing to give his time, even while battling illness. His strength never dimmed his generosity. He continued to show up for others, offering support, encouragement, and love. In his community, Patrick was a pillar - a steady presence who uplifted his family and everyone around him. His legacy is one of service, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the people he cared about.

Patrick is survived by his wife, Margaret Saint Laurent Saint Jean; his children, Jennifer Floyd (Travis), Jeff Saint Jean, and Alexius Walker; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; sisters Linda Hilaire and Dotty Morency (Joseph); and brothers John Hilaire (Sala), James Hilaire (Yvette), Jimmy Hilaire, and Alland Saint Jean. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ann Hilaire.

The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 28, 2026. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 PM in the chapel.
