Patrick was born on November 6, 1966 and passed away on Monday, August 21, 2017. Patrick was a resident of Wisconsin. Funeral Services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, with Father Randy Timmerman and the Rev. Mark Detter concelebrating. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017, and again from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday. Pat requested that the celebration of his life be carefree and happy.
