Patrick Tubbs Obituary
Patrick Devon Nicholas Tubbs, 45, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on May 26, 2024, in Murray.
Devon was a kind-hearted and generous person who touched the lives of many. He worked as a cashier at Walmart for over 16 years and enjoyed interacting with his customers as they came through his line.
He is survived by his father, Charles Eugene Tubbs; his sister, Natascha Elizabeth Tubbs Parrish and husband, Toy Parrish; one niece, Shanna Brittany Neely and husband, Jeffrey Neely; as well as two great nephews, Daniel and Sawyer Neely. Devon is preceded in death by his mother, Christina Marie Tubbs.
Devon attended Murray Elementary School, Murray Middle School, then graduated from Murray High School in 1997. He also attended Murray State University directly after high school.
His kindness and helpful nature will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home, with Jeffrey Neely officiating.
Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 713 South 4th St. Murray, KY 42071.

I met him online and he was an incredible good friend. Knowledgeable in all the games we played together. He always had a good tune in his head and always happy man. I will miss him dearly.

I met him online years ago and he made the group of friends far better with his uncanny sense of humor. He managed to make me smile even at my lowest point.
He was a kind soul and I will miss him.

I will always remember him as the friend I met online with a cancer curing laugh. Never was there a time where I heard him speak ill of anyone, nor did we ever have a sour conversation. I will sorely miss this man and the talks we had, I only wish I had more time to laugh with him, it won't be the same without him.
