Just heard about Pat's passing the other day.
I knew Pat from the Navy and later as an oral surgeon & friend. I last saw him at the ACOMS Bootcamp course for Oral Surgeons doing board recertification in Chicago in 2015.
He gave a great lecture as always. We all went out for deep dish pizza one day after class.
He was the same old Pat. Interested in what everyone was doing, upbeat & funny. Quick with a story or a laugh.
RIP Pat!

Dear Debbie,
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. It saddens my heart to think about you husband's passing. I am a Dental Assistant at Moville Family Dentistry. I used to work at Oral Surgery Associates. Your husband joined the practice a few years after i left so i never got a chance to work with him. For years i would see him at the Dental meetings and always wanted to go say hello. My father is Dr Thomas Clark DDS.
Your husband took out a tooth for him and did an implant on him as well. He took good care of my father and his dental needs. My father has always thought very highly of him. A few weeks ago he stopped in our office to welcome our new Dentist, Dr Seth Schroeder to the dental community. I finally got the chance to visit with him after all these years! Such a kind and friendly man he was. I really enjoyed visiting with him. I am sending condolences from our office as well.We all feel terrible about what has happened! A great man will be missed by many. I am unable to come to the service. I really wanted to meet you and your family and give my condolences personally. To be honest, that does sadden my heart because i cannot be there. I have something special that i really want to share with you and your family. I could not find an address so i can send them to you. I make these angel clips with my on loving hands that can be clipped onto purses, bags, jackets, key chains-whatever you want. I often give them to people who have lost loved ones or who hurting or sick or just need a little something to lift their spirits! We all need that at times. I would like to share them with you and your family. It would mean a lot to me! Please E-mail me or you call or text me at 712-301-8619. I hope to hear from you. If you need anything, i am here. My thoughts and my prayers are always with you!
Sincerely,
Sally Schultz

Dr. Vezeau was my surgeon when I was 11 years old. He saved my life. I always found comfort knowing someone out there completely understood what I went through. I will miss deeply this feeling. My condolences are with the Vezeau family and anyone else he has impacted...sending my love and prayers. -Hailey
