Patrick was born on March 15, 1957 and passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Patrick was a resident of Lancaster, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. Patrick was a 1975 graduate from Greensburg Central Catholic High School. He earned a bachelorâs degree in Secondary Education in History at Clarion University. Patrickâs Celebration of Life Tribute Memorial Service will be held at the Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home âSullivan Homeâ 121 South Prince Street Lancaster PA 17603 on-site parking with attendants on Wednesday March 30 2016 at 2PM Visitation 1-2PM. Interment will be held at Mellingerâs Mennonite Cemetery Lancaster. In lieu of flowers Memorial Remembrances can be made in Patrickâs memory to Hospice Community Care www.hospiceandcommunitycare.com.

Lindsay and Mallory we are so sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. We have so many great memories of Cherrywood and our families doing many things together. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
