I do not know Pat, Jen, or their children. However, I am in mourning. My husband is an acquaintance of Pat's and thought very highly of him, and was enjoying the new friendship they were building through their mutual love for football.
I have been sharing this story with everyone, praying for this family and asking for prayer. I have Jen and Pat's faces burned in my mind and I'm think of you often. My husband had the pleasure of meeting Jen and the family the other day and feels as though they're tight knitted and will be strong. Having lost my closest person to sudden death I know it will be years of difficult times, I will keep your this family in my prayers and I hope those people who are reading this will do the same. I will be using my tithes to support this family through the GoFundMe for the foreseeable future, and I think God would be okay with that. Please consider doing the same. We need to rally around this family so that Jen can remain the stay at home, homeschooling parent that she has been. God bless you Jen and your family. With my love and sincere condolences.
