Patrick Werth Obituary

Patrick was born on May 17, 1967 and passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018. Patrick was a resident of Myerstown, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. A 1985 graduate of ELCO High School, Patrick was a member of the Goodwill Fire Co., Myerstown, and served on the Myerstown Board of Elections for several years. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at New Union Cemetery, Myerstown. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc., Lebanon Div., 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603.
