Patsy Blake Obituary
Cherishing Patsy's memory is her only son: Wesley Shane Fisher and wife Kortney of Weston, 5 grandchildren: Caitlyn, Oaklynn, Alijah, Corine and Orion, companion: Allen Lee, 4 step sons: Brian Blake, Chris Lee, Wes Lee and Kelly Lee,and several step grandchildren. Also cherishing her memory are two brothers: Forrest Littleton of Virginia and Bobby Littleton of Kentucky, 2 special nephews: Bill and Joey Huddleston and several nieces and nephews. Patsy was preceded in death by two husbands: Mike Simons and Thomas Eugene Blake, one grandson: Chase Levi and two sisters.
Patsy retired from William A. Sharpe Hospital as a nurse's aide. She was a graduate of Lewis County High School. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. She loved riding in a truck on the West Virginia roads and chilling out and enjoying life. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Friends and family will gather at Hardman Family Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 from 11 am until 1 pm. Funeral services will at 1 pm from the funeral home chapel with Pastor John Darnall officiating. Following services, Patsy will be cremated under the compassionate care of Hardman Family Funeral Home Onsite Crematory of Weston, WV. Online condolences and life stories in memory of Patsy may be expressed at hardmanfamilyfuneralhome.com.
