Patsy Ann Boyd of Texas City, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at home surrounded by her family.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, with burial immediately following at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery.
Patsy (Patty) Ann Boyd was born on February 6, 1935, in Galveston, Texas. Patsy and Gene Boyd were the original owners of Boyd's One Stop on the Texas City Dike from 1969 to 1987. Patsy attended St. Mary of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Gene Boyd; son, Kenneth Boyd, and parents, Charles and Julia O'Conner. Survivors are sons, L.G. Boyd Jr., Glenn Boyd and wife Sherry; granddaughters, Allison Garza, Kelsey Boyd, and Tiffany Scales as well as her sister, Yvonne Hoffman.
Pallbearers are Allison Boyd & Kelsey Boyd.
